The first challenge of Industrial Design Sophomore Studio is to design and build a cardboard chair using one sheet of 4′ x 8′ cardboard. The cardboard sheet can be cut into a maximum of three individual pieces, and no other materials/adhesives can be used to assemble the final design. It must support 250 lbs (113 kg).
